|Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick|
Hello lovelies! Today I have a few lipstick shades to show you, specifically the three most classic ones for my makeup repertoire. They come from the Rimmel Kate Moss collection, so even if the colours aren’t your thing read on to hear my review on the product. I know this is late but its not necessarily a review of the line, just a little bit about some shades I like to wear.
Now onto the lipstick ladies! For me, the three colours I am showing you today are ones that I think are staples for me. All three of these lipsticks (and I assume the rest of the collection) are really creamy and smooth to apply. Regardless of colour that is definitely a plus. They are super shiny as well.
They also have a sweet fruity smell to them, which I happen to like, although I know a few friends who don’t like it so that can be a plus or minus depending who is wearing the product. Wear time was amazing on me, it lasted literally all day and I was eating and drinking.
Colour time! First up is a staple, the classic red lipstick. This has been a beauty statement for years and years, and I totally see why. I feel like it adds something to my look and I can use that in a lot of ways. Dressed up or down, day or night, a red lip is a go-to in my mind. The one I have here is Kate Moss 01.
It’s pretty pigmented so even a light layer is noticeable. I have tried a few other red lipsticks that end up too close to pink or too dark, or even too cherry for me. This one was sort of a point blank basic red. No shimmer or stickiness, just red colour right where I want it.

Next up is nude. I know this can be an iffy look and a lot of my friends don’t get it when I wear it. Mommy isn’t a fan either. She thinks it looks weird when I have tanned skin in the summer, and I can sort of see the
look coming up in there. Jersey Shore
This shade is Kate Moss 03, and honestly if it were even one notch lighter I would look like Snooki. But it’s not, so I like it. It’s nude but not in a too white or too pink way, just a beige skin colour shade, which is what I look for in a good nude lipstick. It reminds me of a very milky light coffee or iced coffee, which I totally love so this lipstick is great for me.
Lastly I have a hot pink. Again, this look may not be for everyone but I like it. I like pink so perhaps that has something to with it. I also have pink streaks in my hair so clearly I’m a fan of fuchsia.

This is Kate Moss 06, and it looks scary bright in the tube. It’s bold - very bold. But that’s what I like about it so it gets a spot in my favourite lip looks.
There you have it, my three go-to lipsticks this season. And as with anything I’m sure that will change as I find new things to try. But for right now these lipsticks, and this line in general, get a huge A + from me. The tube is so cute too; it’s matte black and has Kate’s signature on it with a little heart. One thing I wish was that the shades had actual names and not just numbers. I love cute things like that.

Overall these have great pigmentation and a lovely application and formula. I’m a fan, especially of these three shades. Since I am so late to love these, do you guys have any of the collection already? I’d love to hear what you guys think of this line to leave a comment and let me know!
