OPI I Don't Give A Rotterdam

Good morning everyone! I hope you are all having a good start to your week. I am having a great Monday today, with no school and an extra day at home. I even have a Zumba class with my Mom tonight and I am so excited! Zumba has become my favourite way to workout. Have any of you tried Zumba?

OPI I Don't Give A Rotterdam

I have a really pretty polish to show you today. I was tired of the orange and black that I kept wearing for Halloween so it was nice to get something different finally. This polish has such a great name. I am a huge fan of those quirky cute word play polish names and OPI seems to always have the best ones. This one comes from the Holland collection and it is a dusty blue with shimmer called I Don't Give A Rotterdam.

My fingers are a little orange around the edges as the aftermath from my many orange manicures in the last few weeks. You can still see the lovely light blue shimmer though. It reflects really nicely in the light and has a sort of fantasy quality to it. I think of fairy dust or something when I see it. And it is a huge plus that the shimmer shows on camera as well as in real life. I find a lot of my shimmery shades don't show up when I photograph them.

Application was good as usual. I love OPI formula since it is smooth but it doesn't run all over my cuticles. I find that my easiest clean up is with OPI polishes. I also like the brush size since it fits my nails perfectly.

Typically light shades look to cool on my skin tone and I don't like them that much, but this one is still warm enough to work for me. It is a nice change from the bold or dark colours I usually buy so I am glad to be adding some variety to my stash. Overall I was surprised that I like this polish as much as I do. Its really nice and I would recommend you guys check it out if you can.
