| CoverGirl Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss in Mint Mojito |
Today I have some cute nails to show you, as well as a polish review. The new CoverGirl line of nail polishes has come out and I have a super pretty one to share with you guys. The line of Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss polishes claims to be shiny enough to look like a topcoat without actually needing one. Although that may seem like a small thing, it actually is really useful. I have no patience so if I can get away without needing to wait for another layer of polish to dry then I'm a happy camper. I do love super shiny polish though so this works out perfectly for me!
CoverGirl Outlast Stay Brilliant nail polish in Mint Mojito is a really pretty turquoise polish that reminds me of China Glaze For Audrey. It is super opaque and I could have gotten away with one coat if I had really tried. This is two coats of the colour, and it turned out so nice and smooth. The application was really good and it flowed well but didn't bleed. This polish also dried fairly quick which I loved.
The colour is awesome and the shine is really great. Two coats and I'm good to go, how could you go wrong! I have seen a ton of other colours on the market from this line, so I definitely recommend checking out these Outlast Stay Brilliant polishes if you can.

| Mint Mojito under Whilred Away |
After a few days of admiring my pretty mint polish I decided to try something different. I recently bought a few of the glitters from China Glaze Cirque Du Soliel collections and I wanted to try this one out over Mint Mojito. The black and white glitter in Whirled Away is such a great combination. There are small black circles, large white hexagonal glitter, and skinny black bar glitter. The combination is fun but still neutral, and it really adds something to a bright bold polish.
All in all I love both of these polishes and can totally see myself reaching for them frequently.
Wow, I love how bright the CoverGirl polish is! Bright blues like that are my weakness. And Whirled Away looks amazing over top of it - it's the best layering combo I've seen yet for the polish!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jenn! I really liked this layering combo too, I have tried Whirled Away with a few other base colours but this was my fave!
DeleteThe blue is so pretty!! And this is actually my first time seeing that China Glaze glitter! They look great together. I'm definitely gonna go check that out!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rachael! I definitely recommend checking out both of these polishes!
