Petite Hearts and Pink: Valentine's Day Nail Art

Tiny Heart Nail Art

Since Valentine's Day is coming up I got right into the spirit and I have some cute nails to show you today. These nails were done with just a few things but they look a lot more complex than they really were. I love how cute the tiny heart design turned out!




I started with a base of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri polish in Presto Pink. This polish is amazing since it dries super fast and is so pigmented in one coat. I really like the colour too, a medium light pink. I liked it so much that I wanted to leave it for a day on its own, but I got right to my stamping instead. I included a swatch of the pink on its own though, so you can see the lovely colour.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Presto Pink

I stamped the design with a Bundle Monster image plate, BM -317. The image I used was a full nail image of tiny hearts and heart outlines. I think this is so adorable and I love how small they are. This seemed like the perfect image for Valentine's Day. I used Sally Hansen Hard as Nails in White On to stamp the image. I was worried it would be too think but the polish was nicely opaque and worked well with my stamping.

Overall I think this designs is cute and pretty simple. It looks festive for the holiday and totally fits my personality with the pink and hearts.
