What girl doesn’t want super smooth soft lips with a hint of fresh colour? I certainly do and I found just that with the Maybelline Color Whisper by Color Sensational lipsticks. No heavy waxes or oils are used in these lippies, and there are 20 sheer shades to choose from. The lightweight formula feels incredible and the light touch of colour come together to make these Color Whisper lipsticks great for everyday use.

I have a few of the shades to show you today, and I really love each one of them. I am the type of girl who has to have some shade on my lips at all times, even if it is just a sheer one when I run to the grocery store. I never want dry lips and live in constant beauty fear of having chapped lips. The moisturizing smooth gel formula of these lippies makes sure I never get that feeling though.
Bare To Be Bold (10) is a very light nude lip colour. In my swatches it comes out as practically clear, and that is because I have fairly tanned skin. On other people this would actually show up as a light beige shade, but on me it just gives a slight shimmer to my lips. That’s not my typical look but like I said I never go without something on my lips so this is still useful for a very neutral everyday look.
Orange Attitude (40) is an awesome bright orange red. I am super into bold lip colours and this one is great because it isn’t dry or too opaque. It gives a really nice bright colour but it still has the light feeling. You can layer it to get a deeper colour or go with a lighter swipe to get just a bit of bright colour.
Faint For Fuchsia (70) is a hot pink fuchsia shade that works similarly to Orange Attitude. Layer it on for a bolder more opaque bright lip, or keep it light with one swipe for a toned down lip look. I love this one because it has a medium blue undertone to it which works well with my skin tone.

Normally I find that very bold colours end up drying or feeling heavy or thick on my lips, but with these I don’t have that problem. These feel super light and fresh but they deliver enough pigment to get a bold look without the heavy feel or dark lipsticks. I love bright shades for lips so I definitely plan to be sporting these shades, especially Orange Attitude and Faint For Fuchsia on a regular basis. I can’t get over how smoothly they apply and how soft my lips feel with them on.
If you’re looking for a fresh new lipstick this season I would definitely recommend checking these out!
