|OPI Polka.com Glitter Polish|
The colour combo is great on its own, but the formula is just as amazing. This glitter isn't too thick or thin, and the way it comes out is perfect. There is just enough glitter on the brush and it spreads out evenly on the nail. I hate when some glitter polishes come out mainly clear and you have to fish for every piece. Polka.com doesn't have that issue at all, and the glitter is evenly dispersed between both sizes every time I dip into the bottle.
I paired this glitter with a softer shade in the same colour family. I picked China Glaze Secret Peri-Wink-Le as my base colour and I think it made a good match with Polka.com. The shade is a blurple colour - a mix of purple and blue. It has a nice softness to it, but it isn't pale. Its fairly unique as a polish colour, at least in my collection, and with over 600 bottles that means a lot.
I had to use three coats of Secret Peri-Wink-Le to get it opaque, and after waiting for that to fully dry I applied two coats of Polka.com.

These two polishes go really well with each other and the fun colours and glitter make it look like a party on my nails! I love the way the larger glitter pieces catch the light and reflect off one another, and the tiny glitter pieces are a nice bonus.
With all of these colours together I kept being reminded of a book cover from my childhood. Do any of you know The Rainbow Fish? I can't help but picture the book when I look at my nails now, and unintentionally they totally match the colours of the cover! All I am missing is a holograpic silver..
Anyways, I really love the colours that I chose for these nails, and will be pairing teal, purple, and pink together in the future for sure. I love the formula and glitter dispersion of Polka.com. I like these nails a lot and have gotten a few compliments on them already!
I hope you guys are having a great day, and thanks for stopping by!
