The Elixers come with a wand applicator and the formula is great - not too thick and not too thin. It glides on easily and leaves a shiny pop of colour. The two shades I have to show you are Fuchsia Flourish and Raspberry Rhapsody. They didn't show up as bold on me as they look in the tube, which is great because then I can wear them more often. Rasoberry Rhapsody looks like a serious grape purple but it comes out as a lovely subdued shade on my lips.
They are kind of a cross between a lipstick and a lipgloss. I'm not sure what to call them since they feel like a gloss but have intense colour and staying power like a lipstick. Either way they're awesome.
These lasted such a long time and never lost their shine. I ate and drank with them on and was still left with colour hours later. They didn't feel heavy or sticky on, which is super important.
Lasting colour. Easy application. Super shiny. Bright colours. What more could you want in a lipstick? If you haven't picked up a Color Elixer yet then I suggest you get up right now and run to your nearest drugstore. I have two now but my Christmas list is pretty much the rest of the shades. I seriously love these lippies!
